Formula Race Promotions Visits the Dairy State and Road America This Weekend
As the calendar flips over to July, the next event on the 2023 Formula Race Promotions calendar is this coming weekend in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Taking on the 4.048-mile, 14-turn Road America, teams, and competitors can extend the long holiday weekend and travel to Road America early to take part in a Test Day on Thursday.

“We are a week away from hitting the track at one of the most picturesque facilities in all of North America,” explained Bob Wright. “We hope that you will join us and take part in our competitive program and take advantage of the green flag racing that we provide.”
Four classes will continue their quest for valuable championship points with F1600, F2000, F1000, and Atlantic battling wheel-to-wheel all weekend long. Competing alongside the Trans-Am Series program the popular summer vacation spot of Elkhart Lake will bring fans and spectators to the track to take in the racing action. Wright continued, “We are past the halfway mark of the season and the championship battles are taking shape. Will we see new winners in Wisconsin? or will some previous winners come to the forefront? It will continue to get interesting as we roll along.”
