(photo: Valet)Braselton, GA – David Grant made it two for two at Road Atlanta, leading from pole relatively uncontested for his second win in two days, and again setting fastest lap en route to the victory. Grant, driving a Swift 014/Toyota for Polestar Racing Group, stood on the top step of the podium with Bruce Hamilton finishing second and Keith Grant completing the top three.

(photo: Valet)Braselton, GA – David Grant took the victory with ease in the first ever Atlantic Championship Series race at Road Atlanta by just under three and a half seconds in the Polestar Racing Group No. 12 Swift 014/Toyota. Grant, on his own birthday notably, led from pole uncontested for 18 laps, with brother and Polestar teammate Keith Grant finishing second in the No. 40 Swift 014/Toyota ahead of Jason Byers, in the No. 28 Swift 014/Toyota.

The organizers of the Atlantic Championship Series will be hosting the first Atlantic Town Hall Meeting at 5:00PM on Friday May 11 at Road Atlanta to discuss the future direction of the class and the balance of the 2011 schedule.

All team principles, team managers, drivers, car owners and engineers are invited, whether or not racing in the Road Atlanta event , to attend and participate in the discussion.
