Now, it’s rounds seven and eight at Mid-Ohio as Keith Grant, on two victories, leads the point standings against much younger competition. Aiming for Grant’s points lead at Mid-Ohio will be Conner Kearby, who has separated himself from the pack and hopes to run down Grant’s margin over two 40-minute races this weekend.

No. 56 Conner Kearby Swift 016/MazdaConner Kearby has had a great season in the Atlantic Championship Series so far with a win at Road Atlanta, giving him an amazing start to the year. Along with that, he has had two more podium finishes over the course of six races putting him in position to compete for the title with eight races to go. The K-Hill Motorsports driver is also apart of the younger crew of drivers that are pushing the limits on the track.

After running on Grant’s tail for the entire race Keyvan Andres had to settle with a second place finish for the day. Behind Andres was the ever-consistent Garth Rickards who claimed the third podium spot for race two.

Behind Grant is Conner Kearby, who has improved his starting position for the weekend with a time of 1:42.670; putting Kearby only two hundredths of a second behind Grant in qualifying.
